The database is updated on a daily basis from multiple sources, including Internet and Terrestrial sources.
In addition to daily updates, the information within the database is constantly validated through Postal NCOA, Telephone Verification and Email Address Confirmation.
The Database is broken down into 11 segments to allow for detailed queries and extractions to specifically find your target.
BASIC RECORD SEGMENT
The Basic Record Segment consists of the full name of each person in the database, including any prefix’s, suffix’s and titles. In addition the full CASS’d and NCOA’d postal address is included in this segment.
TELEMARKETING SEGMENT
The Telemarketing Segment contains all valid telephone numbers for each contact, and includes land lines, Cell Phones and fax numbers. We also provide info on when the number was last verified and if it is on the FTC’s Do Not Call List. Cell Phones are further detailed with the Cell Phone Carrier.
EMAIL MARKETING SEGMENT
The Email Marketing Segment contains all current valid email addresses available for the person the database. This segment also contains all applicable opt in permissions.
HISTORICAL SEGMENT
This segment contains information on previous postal addresses, phone numbers and email addresses on each person in the database. It can be used for validation, updates and modeling.
DEMOGRAPHIC SEGMENT
The Demographic segment is one of the most detailed sections of the database. This segment contains basic information such as age, DOB, gender, as well as ethnicity, religion, primary and secondary languages. In addition information is available on the level of education and physical characteristics such as height, weight, hair color, body type and other distinguishing features.
FINANCIAL SEGMENT
The Financial Segment provides a snapshot of each person in the databases financial position. Information in this segment includes occupation, income, credit information, credit lines, homeownership (including type of home, value and mortgage information), investments and other financial and economic information.
AUTOMOTIVE SEGMENT
The Automotive Segment contains detailed information on vehicles owned or leased by each person in the database. The information includes the Make, Model, Year and VIN of each car, truck, motorcycle, Recreational Vehicle, Boat and PWC owned by the individual.
AILMENT SEGMENT
The ailment segment contains information on various medical conditions and chronic health problems that each person in the database may suffer from. In addition ailment specific information is maintained, such as medical equipment used and physician and insurance information.
INTEREST SEGMENT
The interest segment contains self reported and modeled information on the various hobbies and interests that each person in the database has.
POLITICAL & PHILANTHROPIC SEGMENT
The political and philanthropic segment contains information on the political views held by each individual in the database. Information is also maintained on the type of charities supported by each individual and the level of support that they give.
TRANSACTIONAL SEGMENT
The transactional segment contains detailed and summary information on various online and offline transactions made by each individual in the database.
