To select the best possible mailing list(s), first choose a category that is closest to the product or services that you are promoting in your e-mail message. When doing so, think about who your typical prospect is and how you would describe them and their interests. Remember these are people interested in these categories and not actual professionals, i.e.: human resources, lawyers or financial planners.

Once you have selected a category, you can view the list(s) available in that category to ensure that the category is appropriate for your mailing list. There is a minimum order of 2,000 names or $1,000.

Provide us with the marketing copy that will appear in your email message. A well written email can make the difference between an average response and an excellent response, so it is worth taking a little time to get it right. You can specify when you want us to distribute your message. The default mailing date is two business days from the current date.

Provide us with your contact information. This information will be used to contact you with any questions regarding your order.

This deters your recipients from sending unwanted email responses (usually referred to as flaming) because they are unhappy about receiving a marketing message.
